Winemaking is about the fruit. Wines are only as good as the grapes of which they are made. Thus we assert: "winemaking starts in the vineyard". The oak is meant to enhance the best attributes of the fruit. The terroir`s potential highlights the personality and distinctiveness of the wines. We keep the good things, yet pursue innovation in new varieties, styles, wine regions and chase challenging goals: each vintage must be better than the one before.
